Educational Qualification

  • In case of Relationship/ Sales Roles:
    • Requirements: Degree in any field from a recognized University.
  • For Credit Analyst Roles:
    • Condition: Degree graduation in any field.

Work Experience (Mandatory)

  • Assistant Manager (Sales): 2 years in Asset Sales.
  • Manager (Credit Analyst): 3 years of experience in Credit Processing or as an Analyst.
  • Deputy Manager: 3 years of experience in Asset Sales.
  • Sr. Manager (Relationship): 8 years of Banking experience (4 years Credit/Sales).
  • Sr. Manager (Creditor Analysis): 6 years of credit processing experience.
  • Assistant Vice President: 5 years in Asset Sales.

Age Limit (As on 01.02.2026)

  • Assistant Manager: 22 to 32 Years
  • Deputy Manager: 24 to 34 Years
  • Manager: 25 to 34 Years
  • Assistant Vice President: 26 to 36 Years.
  • Sr. Manager (Credit): 28 to 37 Years
  • Sr. Manager (Relationship): 30 -40 Years.
