Indian Army has published the official advertisement of Havildar (Education) Recruitment 2026 under the areas of IT/Cyber, Information Operation and Linguist. Eligibility of the Indian Army Havildar Education 2026
Educational Qualification
The minimum qualification is a Graduation or post-graduation in a recognised university with 50 per cent marks in the respective subject in the above-mentioned trade. The topic stated in brackets should be the Honours topic, or should have attended during all three years of graduation.
Age Limit
- Age: 20 years to 25 years as on 01 July 2027.
- Date of birth: Applicants who are between 01 July 2002 and 01 July 2007 (both inclusive) are eligible.
- Gender: Only male Indian citizens who are not married are allowed to apply.

Salary and Benefits
The successful applicants will be absorbed as Havildar (Education) in the Army Education Corps. The pay and benefits include:
- Basic Pay: 25500 monthly (Pay Level 4, maximum 81100)
- Dearness Allowance (DA): Government rates.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): Depending on the city of posting.
- Military Service Pay (MSP): 5200 monthly.
- Free medical facilities, ration, accommodation and CSD canteen benefits.
- First service: 24 years, renewable for 2 years or till 49 years old.
- Retirement NPS, gratuity and pension.
