Kerala CSEB Eligibility Criteria 2026:
Educational Qualification:
- Data Entry Operator: Bachelor’s degree + Data Entry certificate from a recognized institute.
- System Administrator: MCA or B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics) with about 3 years of experience.
- Junior Clerk/Cashier (Class-2 to Class-7 Banks): SSLC or equivalent + Junior Diploma in Co-operation or B.Com / Degree in Co-operation & Banking.
- Junior Clerk/Cashier (Special Grade & Urban Banks): Same qualification as Junior Clerk/Cashier.
- Assistant Secretary / Chief Accountant: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks + Cooperative Diploma or B.Com / B.Sc / M.Sc in Co-operation & Banking.
- Secretary: Degree with cooperative qualification and banking experience.
Kerala CSEB Age Limit:
The candidates’ minimum age is 20 years and maximum age is 40 years as on 01/01/2026.
Kerala CSEB Age Relaxation:
Applicable age relaxation will be allowed as per government rules.
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC/EWS: 3 years
- Persons with Disabilities (40% or more): 10 years
- Widows: 5 years
Kerala CSEB Application fee:
General / Age-relaxed candidates: ₹150 for the first bank/society and ₹50 for each additional bank/society.
SC / ST candidates: ₹50 for the first bank/society and ₹50 for each additional bank/society.
Kerala CSEB Selection Process:
Selection will be based on the following process:

Kerala CSEB Salary:
- Data Entry Operator: ₹14,270–₹37,880 / ₹17,360–₹44,650 / ₹18,300–₹46,830
- System Administrator: ₹26,580–₹63,790.
- Junior Clerk/Cashier (Class-2 to Class-7 Banks): ₹7,900–₹19,300 to ₹19,250–₹51,650
- Junior Clerk/Cashier – Special Grade, Class-I Banks: ₹13,480–₹36,060 to ₹17,590–₹45,570
- Junior Clerk/Cashier – Urban Grade Banks: ₹18,300–₹46,830.
- Assistant Secretary / Chief Accountant: ₹28,000–₹66,470 to ₹29,500–₹69,250
- Secretary: ₹15,110–₹39,700 to ₹23,310–₹57,340

- Visit the official website cseb.kerala.gov.in.
- Complete One-Time Registration on the CSEB portal if you are a new user.
- Log in using your registered ID and password.
- Read the notification for the required advertisement number (8/2026 to 14/2026).
- Choose the bank/society and post you want to apply for.
- Fill in the application form with correct details and upload required documents.
- Pay the application fee online with 18% GST.
- Submit the form and download or print the application for future use.
